I was born and raised in Christchurch with a close extended family. At 16 years of age, I was invited to a church youth group by a friend of mine, a few months later I had a radical turn around when I encountered the love of Jesus. I still thank God that He intervened in my life all those years ago. I enjoy a wide range of interests and sports but nothing beats knowing God and living for him. I met my Leanne (Flossy) at an Easter camp at 16 years of age where we struck up a friendship and six years later, in 2000, we married. We now have three stunning little blokes who have chased away any chance of a good sleep in our house but fill our lives with fun, activity, and laughter.
My first 15 years of ministry have been invested in the young people of our City Campus but now I am LOVING being the pastor at our Plains and Pegasus Campuses. It is thrilling to see God at work and to be a part of the growing congregations in North Canterbury, shoulder to shoulder with all our other campuses.
